Reducing and Handling Negative Attitudes

This program is designed to work on specific techniques that will reduce negative attitudes in the work environment. This includes negativity in other people and, of course yourself.

Objectives:
At the completion of this program, the participants will be able to:
  1. Identify leadership requirements necessary to reduce negativity
  2. Understand the correct focus in the workplace that enhances positive relations
  3. Realize the damaging effects of BMG and how to handle them
  4. Create a sense of "community" and teamwork
  5. Reduce "Pleasaholic" tendencies
This program will utilize lecture, discussion, action-oriented case examples and humor. It covers true to life issues and situations with realistic, achievable examples of how to turn negatives into positives.
