Organizations are welcome to audio or video tape Clint’s sessions provided that:

• The intent of the audio/video tape is for the organizations’ proprietary use and not for resale or multi distribution
• We are notified in advance of Clint’s session of your taping arrangements
• We receive one (1) copy of the final edited audio/video tape
