Problem:
A doubtful question; a difficult matter to be settled.

Solution:
To offer ideas, suggestions or a willingness to work on a problem, concern or mystery.

Policy:
This facility will be a problem equals solution centered facility. This facility believes that all problems have solutions and that we all have a responsibility to bring forth suggestions and to be willing to work on solutions.

Purpose:

1. The P=S Policy will develop a harmonious, productive, respectful work environment.
2. All solutions and suggestions are to be listened to respectfully. Ideas lead to solutions.
3. BMG leads to dissension and is not acceptable.
4. Understand that solutions to problems take time and require continuous improvement, follow through and teamwork.
