Policy:

Problems = Solutions (P = S)


Purpose:

To establish employee behavior expectations to promote teamwork, efficiency, improvement and positive attitudes which reduces turnover and promotes consistency in staffing.


Policy:

All employees are responsible for identifying problems, issues, and opportunities for improvement along with suggestions/recommendations to resolve or improve the issues identified.


Behavior Expectations:

1. All problems/concerns must be identified and brought forward with a possible solution in an objective manner.

2. CRMC endorses “celebrating success”.

3. Problems/Concerns are to be addressed through the departmental chain of command.

4. All issues identified will have a response.

5. All employees are encouraged to make suggestions/recommendations for improvement.

6. Employees with negative attitudes affect the entire organization and may require disciplinary action.

7. In order to be unified all employee are expected to display a working attitude.

8. Change(s) occur(s) at varying rates. We must be patient with one another and use positive reinforcement to achieve the desired outcome(s).

9. We are all responsible for acknowledging and supporting positive behaviors in co-workers and addressing non-positive behaviors in a direct, objective and honest manner.

10. This is a “no tolerance” policy for continuing deterring behaviors.
