All staff, residents and families are invited to help identify problems in our building that do, or could possibly in the future, effect our quality of care or the welfare of our staff. You will then be asked to participate in an ACTION group to help find, initiate and follow through with possible solutions. This process is an alternative to BMG. All efforts will be encouraged, supported and celebrated by the Ambassador family.
